The Sombra Dr. Project was all about making a delightful 1-bedroom/1-bathroom ADU retreat for a wonderful family who wanted some cozy privacy next to their brand-new pool. They really cared about it feeling like it had always been there. Lucky for them, we’re experts in design and development! We made sure the retreat blended seamlessly into the beautiful landscape. We chose materials carefully and designed it so that it felt like it grew right from the ground. Plus, we put it in just the right spot to give them the privacy they wanted without taking them too far from their pool paradise.
