June St. Project

The June St. Project is a truly exciting transformation where a family expanded their Fourplex to six units. In this creative endeavor, we added two new units on top of the existing four, cleverly maximizing space. Additionally, we converted two separate detached garages into stylish two-floor loft-style ADUs, all situated in the heart of Hollywood, California.
