The Louise St Project was all about helping the owner turn their unused garage into a cozy rental unit/ADU, to make some extra cash! This detached garage conversion is tucked away at the back of the property, featuring a beautiful custom backyard space exclusively for the tenant. We improved the landscape to ensure low maintenance, making it a win-win for everyone involved.
